Dear December,

I'm glad that today is Friday, and tommorrow is Saturday. eh, how do you spell tomorroww? whatevvss* You have no idea how tired i am.   I think i've overused my brain this week. haha.

I've been waiting for this night. To relax a bit (even though tomorrow still kerja).

I plan to do some reflection, and to have some idea of what i would like to do next year.

Before that, here are some of the things, randomly, that i realized from this year:-


  1. that if i travel a lot in that year, to different countries, like what i did this year, the year seems to be longer. So, i should continue doing this. 
  2. Holiday-ing overseas budget should be put under "health requirement" category, not "if got extra money"
  3. Stamina decreases when age increases
  4. Tako (that round food) is soo delicious. 
  5. Investing in properties is very stressful at first, but once you get the hang of it, it gets exciting. 
  6. Drinking pomegranate/delima  juice helps a lot in improving sinus problem
  7. If nak budget-travel, then better to do it at a younger age.
  8. Investing in shares = quick gains
  9. Even though houses are selling at wicked price nowadays, there's still a lot of rich people around. And easily, units sold. So, it is not actually that expensive. huh?
  10. There's a lot of way to  own  and manage asset/properties without having a lot of money. But i haven't mastered this yet. So, whatevvs. hihi. Next year can plan to learn more.
  11. GPS is so cool and i need one, badly.
  12. I don't need a lot of broooochh. I can survive with 5 pieces for the year. It can be the same shape/pattern. I don't actually mind.
  13. Drinking milo before sleep can increase weight. Forget weightgain.
  14. Durian mousse at KLCC is so yummy.
  15. Moo-cow fro-yo is also soooo sedap. sekali skala boleyla. its rm10.90 each.
  16. I love Korea! I love Brisbane! I love Singapore! I love Kuching!
  17. S3 is awesome. hehehe.

Eh banyak jugak type dalam masa 4 minit. K la, nak mandi.. Chioww

Dear May

Hello May,

I just came back from Korea, and alhamdulillah, still healthy. Slurping honey every morning did helped a lot. It was a wonderful trip! Tiring? big time! haha. But we survived! Would love to go to Jeju island next time! and shopping too!

Nak mimpi jalan jalan korea la malam ni :)

turnover

Obviously, i have no discipline in writing this blog everyday. Too bad. I last blogged in June, and now its July! Time just goes super fast!

June was a big month for me. I've made  big and fast decisions for my life. And family. I hope everything goes well, insyaAllah. And even if it doesn't go well, i surely learnt a lot that month. And thats more valuable. I've also met various kind of people throughout the "big- decision-making" process, and some are my good friends now. Pretty interesting. I suddenly have a new network of friends. Oh ya, I've also managed to be home for Abah's birthday. I made tomyam (rasa? boleylaaa) for lunch (and forced everyone to eat), and then we had a simple dinner celebration at Pizza Hut (just the four of us), and no birthday cake.haha. Less sugar :) On the fun note, there was one day I went to Shah Alam to survey a new house. Well, i thought of finding somewhere nearer to the rest of my uncles, aunties, and cousins. But sadly, the developers office was closed. So i ended up playing something-like-saidina-game with my little cousin. Since the game was just between us, we ended up with lots of properties each. I owned KLCC, all the fast food restaurants, all the airports, all the highways. and was still left with a lot of money. Felt really good after that.hahaha. Should only play that sort of game with two people, baru menang besar!

i want to run away..far far away

sad day in the office today :(

last week was a weak & sad week as well..with all the non-stop headache, demam, diarhea, heavy flu..felt a bit better during SKO Family Day, but then, flu-attack again.

despite being a loser today, i managed to work-out (fuiyyoo work out??) for 30 minutes..bersenam sampai lapar giler.then terus makan.booo

then, played around at looklet.com..one of my favourite pastime..best ooo mix match baju :)


oh well, need to cheer up fast..

thanks melda ahmad, ur song "putus" healed me in a way..though i sedih bukan putus cinta..relaxing melody :)

fully awake :)

my goodness, i slept the WHOLE day yesterday. and i woke up feeling very happy.
mission accomplished. my brain suppose to be well-adjusted by now.

Anyway, just to bug away the guilt of sleeping the whole day (guilty la sangat konon), i did some reading on..erm.. 'the benefits of sleep' :) Let me share a bit here..(next time bila nak bantai tidur, boleyla bace balik post ni)

Do you guys know that if we sleep less, we might face "sleep deprivation". And sleep deprivation may lead to fatigue, lack of motivation, moodiness, frequent colds and infections, memory problems, and increased risk of diabetes and heart problems.

And if we sleep well, the benefits are as below(well, vice versa of above);
a) sleep helps to repair your body..how? extra protein molecules will be produced to strengthen our ability to fight infections
b) sleep helps to keep you heart healthy..reduces the level of stress and inflammation
c) sleep reduces stress..it encourages a state of relaxation
d) sleep improves memory..while we sleep, a lot of memory organizing and correlation will take place..(mcm defrag )
e) sleep helps to control body weight issues..basically it helps to regulate hormons and control our appetite..
f) sleep reduces the chances of diabetes..our body have more quality time to process our glucose..(i've been advising my abah on this as well, he really doesnt discipline himself in having enough sleep, adoyai)
g) sleep reduces the occurrence of mood disorders..i guess this relates to the hormon-balancing phase that our body needs.

So, how much sleep do we need? From the source that i've read, below is the average hours..

Newborns (0-2 months):12-18 hours
Infants (3 months-1 year):14-15 hours
Toddlers (1-3 years):12-14 hours
Preschoolers (3-5 years):11-13 hours
School-aged children (5-12 years):10-11 hours
Teens and preteens:(12-18 years):8.5-10 hours
Adults (18+ years):7.5 - 9 hours

No wonder i woke up in a very happy state, i slept like a newborn yesterday..hahahhahahaha....

Welcoming 2010...Alhamdulillah

God gave us the opportunity to experience another year..and insyaAllah..more years to come..
For 2011, i'd wish like all others do, that is to be healthy and happy always..all-> me, family, and friends.

And, I'd like to travel to Korea/India/Vietnam :)

Eh tu je ke resolution? Seriously, I dont know what to ask for..He gave me everything that i've ever wanted..only that i'm stuck in Miri (but i've accepted that its not a big deal afterall, miri is a very nice place).

oh, maybe need to work out some more $$$$, so that i can levish-ly travel. how meh? how? business?? what business? if not, hidupla berjimat-cermat amalan mulia. that would definitely help as well :)

one flight-cancelled story, a memorable one

i wasn't quite sure what i actually felt the moment that our 7.15pm-kl-to-miri-airasia flight delayed, and lastly cancelled. This was last Sunday. 1st time experience, so it kinda felt like blurr-very-blurr mode. some more, i had my runny nose, high temp, and non-stop dizzy headache to accompany me. A very unfit & blurr passenger :(

never mind of the blurr-mode, i was thankful to God that my friends were around. takla takut, susah senang bersama mengharungi that process.hehe. next time i'll now better what to do if this happens again.

we had to wait for ages to be accomodated to a hotel. and no complimentary drinks/food were given to us. it was like almost 3.30 am when we finally got our rooms. At least, suprise us with one white chocolate dream coffee bean kerr kan..kt lcct kan adeer..hehe..

then 5.45 am, the wake-up call. siap2 cepat2 then hop on the bas again, heading to lcct.

finally, our flight was at late 10 am.

once seated, zzzZZzz to lalala land.

ended up very2 tired and jet-lagged.

but me and my friends were cool thoughout the way, none of us loss our temper or whatnot. see, very cool people we are :)

the end of one unforgettable story for 2010. i still will fly with airasia though, just hoping that it will be a better improved process if this happens again.

Take a break, it surely helps

Today at work;

1. Busy-bee. "nasik lemak beli for breakfast" ended up as lunch.

2. Should be a stressful day with all the dead-lines, phone calls, discussions, and emails. But then, it turned out to be OK. why? though like so-very-busy (eh kepohlar busy konon), i decided to take a 5-minutes rest. While selecting some songs to accompany me throughout the day, i then realised one special song that i have. then i go like, 'hey, lama la x dgr ni" . This song was dedicated to me by my offshore colleagues, back 3 years ago i think. *Thanks Guys* The lyric started wif something like'raut wajahmu, bagaikan puteri..senyum tawamu.." sweet kan diorang ni. hehe. the thing is, i dont look like a puteri" hehe. but it was a beautiful song. *memory*.

3. And, Izza gave me a pack of "mini mars". SUKA NYE!!! my favourite choc!

4. And, i got a trainee to help me out. syukur2. *Hi Din*. "boley apa2 saya tolong". "yea, macam2 boley ada untuk awak tolong" :)

November December 2010

November-December 2010 Updates
(sounds so like "work".teheee)

1. i'm now 26 years old. 3 years back, a friend of mine once said "its ok if u prefer to be single,but once u hit that 26 figure, THATS IT! u'll be single forever". but at that time, i thought to reach 26 was still a loooongggg way to go (lame lagi what?takkan nak kawen dah?). but it wasn't. tiba2 dh 26 tahun. anyway, i'm gonna proof him wrong. tak, tak takut *cough*.

2. yea, dah ader watson membership card!! woh, and i've gained so many points already. thanks peeps. you guys can always use my card. heheh.

3. Breakthrough sushi-ing at Kaizan and Escapade, Brunei. luv LUV. awesome. huh,baper lamer dok miri, baru nak p. memang katak.

4. Car away for repair. sobsob. u'll get well soon vivot. i'll protect u more after this. hugs.

5. Went for facial.yea!! erm, and also enrolled membership. got more n more coupons.i like!

6. Work partner (ye, pak adi) terpaksa bertugas for other critical commitment. Lucky that i have Kak Laila, Seniorku. kalo tidak, mmg mati katak. ok, katak lagi.

7. Finished reading " a lazy millionaire" and "chinese herbs" and "mini shopohalic" book. my, what a combination. so dont ask me what kind of book do i like to read. i dont know myself.hehe.

8. Some more work stuff. Me and my team WON something (something?, its a Bronze Award la). yea! Success Story Competition! Got the chance to enter Malaysia Petroleum Club-KLCC (though like kaki macam nak tercabot to reach the place on time..flight delayed, huh), met some big figures, met some new friends, met some old friends, trophy, coupons, certificate, and utmost-MEMORY. uh, and one more- free ticket back to see mama n abah n adik. Thanks Team!!

9. Unplanned business trip. Get to celebrate Awal Muharam wif family. alhamdulillah.

10. Cousin getting married this week, yea!!!! i gonna wear my mama's old kebaya. i already wore this during my acu's wedding. (tapi dulu punya gambar ader braces, tehee)haha, wearing TWICE. but its a beautiful piece from Mama's old days. baik pakai sebelum dah x muat kan.kan?

11. Only ate 2 piece/slice/whatever maruku, one cup of coffee, 4 cups of water,MAS fruit cake for the entire day yesterday at work.there goes my healthy diet (slaps forehead).

12. Today much better- breakfast with honey, vitamins, lunch wif rice and BBQ chicken (no, actually ayam panggang, whats panggang in english. ok, x ingat..so BBQ sounds nice)

13. Counting days for a wonderful spa next week. yes, i'm lucky to receive such a gift.

14. Ok now, finally rasa mengantuk. nak tidor la jap.
